Every time a staff member sends a message to Lore, that counts as one question. Opening the chat interface does not count — only sent messages do.

Lore keeps answering — your bot never goes offline mid-month. Questions beyond your plan limit are charged at the overage rate for your plan and billed automatically at the end of your billing period. You'll receive an email alert at 80% and again at 100% of your limit so you're never caught off guard.

No — any number of staff can chat with Lore. All they need is your bot link (or QR code) and the optional PIN. The admin account limit on each plan refers only to the number of people who can log in to manage your knowledge base, upload documents, and configure settings. Your staff just open the chat and ask — they don't need accounts.

Yes. A valid payment method is required at signup. Your card is not charged during the 14-day trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan — we'll send you a reminder before anything is charged.

Yes, at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Your bot goes offline immediately, but all your data — knowledge base, chat history, and configuration — is retained securely for 90 days. You can reactivate at any time within that window and pick up exactly where you left off. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.

Yes — AskLore supports multiple workspaces under one account. If you own or manage several separate businesses, you can create a workspace for each and switch between them from a single login. Each workspace has its own knowledge base, bots, and team.

No — all prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST (10%) is added at checkout. A tax invoice is issued automatically after each payment.

Advanced analytics (Business and Enterprise) gives you deeper insight than the standard dashboard: trend charts showing question volume over 7, 30, or 90 days; an answer quality chart showing how Lore's confidence rate changes week by week as you add knowledge; per-bot breakdowns for multi-bot setups; and a full staff activity table showing how consistently each person uses Lore. The standard analytics dashboard — with this week's stats — is available on all plans.

Yes — Business and Enterprise plans include OneDrive Personal sync. Once connected, Lore automatically syncs documents from the folders you choose, so your knowledge base stays up to date without manual uploads. No IT administrator required — any admin account holder can connect their OneDrive.

Yes — Enterprise plans include sync for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Google Drive. SharePoint sync uses Microsoft Application permissions, which requires a one-time admin consent step from your Microsoft 365 Global Administrator. Google Drive sync uses delegated OAuth — the admin who connects it grants read access to the folders they choose. Once set up, all three sources sync automatically on a schedule.
